The mitt’s polyfill insulation, moisture-wicking lining, and waterproof and breathable membrane keep hands warm and dry. To safeguard against lost mittens, the Hope Mittens features a removable wrist cord with an adjustable stopper. A polyurethane non-slip palm provides additional protection and maximizes grip. I find I have to check the screws that hold those legs/feet on frequently and retighten them. Beyond that everything was pretty good quality. (I ended up magnetizing an Allen wrench to one of the feet.) I also put on motion lights to the rollers so you’ll see them and don’t trip.

Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task. Final Verdict I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
